2. 휴대폰 안에서만 처리되는 정보 (수집하지 않음)

• 카메라: 물체의 속도를 재기 위해 카메라 화면을 실시간으로 분석합니다. 분석은 휴대폰 안에서 이루어지며 영상은 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
• 공 종류 판별(일반 모드 · 공 자동): 카메라를 켤 때 작은 장면 사진(가로 384픽셀) 1장을 서버로 보내 Google Gemini AI가 어떤 공·종목인지 판별합니다. 사진은 판별에만 쓰고 저장하지 않으며, 결과(공 종류)만 기록합니다. 공 종류를 직접 고르면 사진을 보내지 않습니다.
• 녹화한 쇼츠 영상: 휴대폰에만 저장되며, 사용자가 직접 저장하거나 공유할 때만 갤러리·다른 앱으로 전달됩니다.
• 위치(GPS): GPS 속도계를 쓰는 동안에만 사용하며, 속도·거리 계산과 지도 표시에만 씁니다. 위치 좌표는 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 백그라운드 위치는 사용하지 않습니다.
• 사진·영상 보관함: 사용자가 고른 영상만 열어서 측정하며, 서버로 올리지 않습니다.
• 측정 기록: 휴대폰 안에만 저장되며 앱을 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 수집하는 정보: 익명 진단 정보

앱의 오류를 찾고 측정 정확도를 개선하기 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 보냅니다.

• 기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, 앱 버전, 설정 언어
• 앱 설치 시 무작위로 만든 식별번호(개인을 알아볼 수 없음)
• 앱 오류·비정상 종료 기록, 카메라 설정(fps 등), 측정 결과 값(속도·물체 종류), GPS 측정 요약(시간·최고 속도·거리, 좌표 제외)

이 정보에는 이름, 연락처, 위치 좌표, 사진·영상이 포함되지 않습니다. 광고나 마케팅에 쓰지 않으며 판매하지 않습니다. 저장은 데이터 처리 위탁사 Supabase(서버 위치: 대한민국 서울)를 이용하며, 최대 90일 보관 후 삭제합니다.

4. 수집하는 정보: 구매 기록

「광고 제거」 또는 「PRO 구독」을 구매하면, 환불·결제 문의에 대응하기 위해 다음 정보를 저장합니다.

• 상품 종류, 주문번호·거래번호, 스토어 결제 토큰, 구매·갱신·해지·환불 일시
• 위 3항의 무작위 식별번호(DIAG ID), 앱 버전
• Google Play·App Store가 보내 주는 결제 상태 알림(갱신·해지·환불 등)

결제는 Google Play 또는 App Store가 처리하며, 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 저희가 받지 않습니다. 구매 기록은 Supabase(서울)에 저장하고, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 대금 결제 및 재화 공급에 관한 기록으로 5년간 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.

5. 광고 (무료 버전)

무료 버전은 Google AdMob 전면 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공·측정·부정 방지를 위해 광고 ID, 기기 정보, IP 주소 등을 수집·처리할 수 있으며, 이는 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google 광고 정책을 따릅니다. 유럽경제지역·영국 사용자에게는 광고 동의 창이 표시되며, iPhone에서는 앱이 기기 간 추적(ATT)을 요청하지 않습니다. 휴대폰 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있고, 「광고 제거」나 「PRO」를 구매하면 광고가 나오지 않습니다.

웹사이트 광고: speedgun.app을 앱이 아닌 일반 브라우저로 방문하면 Google 애드센스 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 애드센스는 쿠키와 광고 식별자를 사용해 광고를 제공·측정하며, 유럽경제지역·영국 방문자에게는 동의 창이 표시됩니다. 앱 안에서 열리는 웹 화면에는 애드센스 광고가 나오지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참고하세요.

6. 그 밖의 외부 서비스

영상·링크 측정에서 유튜브·틱톡·비메오 링크를 열면 해당 서비스의 플레이어가 표시되며, 그 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 지도는 OpenFreeMap 지도 타일을 불러옵니다(위치 좌표는 전송하지 않으며 지도 영역 요청만 발생).

AI 장면 찾기(PRO): 유튜브 링크에서 AI 장면 찾기를 누르면 그 링크 주소를 서버로 보내 Google Gemini AI가 투구 장면의 위치를 찾습니다. 링크 주소와 결과는 같은 영상을 다시 분석하지 않도록 최대 30일 보관 후 삭제합니다. 사용 횟수 제한을 위해 IP 주소와 기기 종류를 해시(되돌릴 수 없게 변환)한 값을 함께 보관합니다. 공 종류 판별 기록도 같은 방식으로 30일 보관합니다. AI 처리에는 Google의 Gemini API 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

7. 권한

카메라, 위치(앱 사용 중), 사진 보관함(영상 선택·저장) 권한을 요청하며, 거부해도 해당 기능 외에는 앱을 쓸 수 있습니다. 권한은 휴대폰 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.

8. 아동

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 이용자의 권리

진단 정보 삭제를 원하시면 앱 설정 화면 하단의 DIAG ID와 함께 위 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 구매 기록은 법정 보관 기간 동안은 삭제할 수 없으나 열람을 요청하실 수 있습니다. 구독 해지는 Google Play 또는 App Store의 구독 관리에서 하실 수 있습니다.

10. 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Speed Gun: All-in-One (“the app”) and speedgun.app are operated by Jonhisking (Jaehyun Cho), Republic of Korea. Contact: [email protected]

2. Processed on your device only (not collected)

• Camera: analysed in real time on the phone to measure speed. Video is not uploaded.
• Ball-type check (easy mode, auto ball): when the camera starts, one small scene snapshot (384 px wide) is sent to our server and analysed by Google Gemini AI to tell which ball or sport it is. The image is used only for that check and is not stored; only the result (ball type) is kept. Picking the ball yourself skips this.
• Recorded clips: stay on your phone and only leave it when you save or share them yourself.
• Location (GPS): used only while you use the GPS speedometer, to compute speed and distance and draw the map. Coordinates are never sent to us. No background location.
• Photo library: only the video you pick is opened for measuring; it is not uploaded.
• Measurement history: stored on your phone only and removed when you uninstall the app.

3. What we collect: anonymous diagnostics

• Device model, OS version, app version, language
• A random ID created at install (not linked to you)
• Errors and crash events, camera settings (e.g. fps), measured values (speed, object type), GPS session summaries (duration, top speed, distance — no coordinates)

This contains no name, contact details, location coordinates, photos or videos. It is not used for advertising and is never sold. It is stored with our processor Supabase (servers in Seoul, Korea) and deleted after at most 90 days.

4. What we collect: purchase records

If you buy “Remove ads” or subscribe to PRO, we keep the following to handle refunds and billing questions:

• Product, order / transaction ID, store purchase token, dates of purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund
• The random ID from section 3 (DIAG ID) and app version
• Billing status notifications sent to us by Google Play and the App Store

Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store; we never receive card or other payment details. Purchase records are stored with Supabase (Seoul) and kept for 5 years as required for payment records under Korean consumer-protection law, then deleted.

5. Ads (free version)

The free version shows Google AdMob full-screen ads. AdMob may collect and process the advertising ID, device information and IP address to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, under the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising policies. Users in the EEA and UK are shown a consent form. On iPhone the app does not ask to track you across apps (ATT). You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your phone settings, and buying “Remove ads” or PRO removes ads entirely.

Website ads: when you visit speedgun.app in a regular browser (not inside the app), Google AdSense ads may be shown. AdSense uses cookies and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads; visitors in the EEA and UK are shown a consent form. AdSense ads are never shown in the pages the app opens. 6. Other third-party services

When you open a YouTube, TikTok or Vimeo link in the video tool, that service’s player is shown and its own privacy policy applies. Map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap (only map areas are requested, not your coordinates).

AI scene finder (PRO): when you use it on a YouTube link, the link address is sent to our server and Google Gemini AI finds where the throws are. The link and the result are kept for up to 30 days so the same video is not analysed twice, then deleted. To enforce usage limits we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address and device type. Ball-type check records are kept the same way for 30 days. Google’s Gemini API terms and privacy policy apply to the AI processing.

7. Permissions

Camera, location (while using the app) and photo library (pick/save videos). You can refuse them and still use the rest of the app, and change them any time in your phone settings.

8. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Your rights

To have your diagnostics deleted, email us with the DIAG ID shown at the bottom of the app’s settings screen. We will delete it promptly. Purchase records cannot be deleted during the legal retention period, but you can ask to see them. You can cancel a subscription any time in Google Play or App Store subscription settings.

10. Changes

Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
