제1조 (목적과 운영자)

이 약관은 존이스킹(대표 조재현, 이하 “회사”)이 제공하는 「올인원 스피드건」 앱과 speedgun.app(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 문의: [email protected]

제2조 (측정 결과)

서비스의 속도·거리 값은 스마트폰 카메라·영상·GPS로 계산한 추정치이며, 촬영 조건과 기기에 따라 오차가 있습니다. 공식 기록, 심판 판정, 법적 증거, 과속 여부 판단 등에 사용할 수 없으며, 회사는 측정값을 근거로 한 결정에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 차량 속도를 잴 때는 운전 중 앱을 조작하지 마세요.

제3조 (유료 상품)

• 광고 제거: 1회 결제. 결제한 스토어 계정에서 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
• PRO 구독(월간·연간): 광고 제거와 PRO 기능(프로 카메라 모드, 워터마크 없는 쇼츠, 기록 무제한·내보내기 등)을 제공합니다. 해지할 때까지 같은 기간·금액으로 자동 갱신되며, 갱신일 24시간 전까지 Google Play 또는 App Store의 구독 관리에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 무료 체험: 연간 구독에 7일 무료 체험이 제공될 수 있으며(계정당 1회), 체험이 끝나기 전에 해지하지 않으면 유료 구독으로 전환되어 결제됩니다.
• PRO 평생 이용권: 1회 결제로 PRO 기능을 서비스가 제공되는 기간 동안 이용할 수 있습니다. “평생”은 회사가 서비스를 운영하는 기간을 뜻합니다. 서버 비용이 드는 새 기능(예: AI 영상 분석)은 평생 이용권에 포함되지 않거나 이용량이 제한될 수 있습니다.

가격은 스토어에 표시된 금액(부가세 포함)이며, 결제와 영수증 발행은 Google Play 또는 App Store가 처리합니다.

제4조 (청약철회와 환불)

• 결제 후 7일 이내이고 PRO 기능이나 광고 제거 혜택을 사용하지 않은 경우 청약철회(환불)를 요청할 수 있습니다. 결제 즉시 혜택이 적용되는 디지털 상품이므로, 이미 사용한 경우에는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
• Google Play: 결제 후 48시간 이내에는 Google Play에서 직접 환불을 요청할 수 있고, 그 이후에는 주문번호(GPA.로 시작)와 함께 위 이메일로 요청해 주세요.
• App Store: 환불은 Apple이 처리합니다(reportaproblem.apple.com). 회사는 App Store 결제를 직접 환불할 수 없습니다.
• 결제 오류나 서비스 결함으로 상품을 이용하지 못한 경우에는 기간과 관계없이 환불하거나 보상합니다.

제5조 (서비스 변경과 종료)

• 회사는 서비스를 개선하기 위해 기능을 바꿀 수 있으며, 유료 기능을 줄이는 중요한 변경은 사전에 앱 또는 웹사이트에 공지합니다.
• 서비스를 종료할 때는 종료 30일 전에 앱과 speedgun.app에 공지합니다.
• 구독 상품은 종료일 이후 남은 기간에 대해 일할 계산하여 환불합니다.
• PRO 평생 이용권은 종료일까지를 이용 기간으로 봅니다. 다만 구매일로부터 1년이 지나기 전에 서비스가 종료되면, 1년 중 남은 기간만큼 비례하여 환불합니다. (예: 구매 3개월 후 종료 → 결제 금액의 9/12 환불)
• 환불 신청은 종료 공지일부터 종료 후 30일까지 위 이메일로 받습니다.

제6조 (금지 행위)

서비스를 역설계하거나 결제·광고 시스템을 우회하는 행위, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 영상을 측정·공유하는 행위를 금지합니다. 쇼츠 영상과 공유 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 이를 만든 이용자에게 있습니다.

제7조 (책임의 제한)

회사는 천재지변, 스토어·통신사 장애 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않으며, 무료로 제공되는 기능에 대해서는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 제한합니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 그러하지 않습니다.

제8조 (개인정보, 준거법)

개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. iPhone 앱에는 이 약관과 함께 Apple 표준 사용권 계약(EULA)이 적용됩니다.

1. Who we are

These terms govern Speed Gun: All-in-One and speedgun.app (“the Service”), operated by Jonhisking (Jaehyun Cho), Republic of Korea. Contact: [email protected]

2. Measurements

Speeds and distances are estimates computed from your phone’s camera, videos or GPS and can be off depending on conditions and device. Do not use them for official records, refereeing, legal evidence or to judge speeding. Never operate the app while driving.

3. Paid products

• Remove ads: one-time purchase; no ads on the store account that bought it.
• PRO subscription (monthly / yearly): no ads plus PRO features (pro camera mode, shorts without watermark, unlimited history and export). It renews automatically at the same price and period until cancelled; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in Google Play or App Store subscription settings. After cancelling you keep PRO until the paid period ends.
• Free trial: the yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial (once per account). If you do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• PRO lifetime: one payment gives PRO features for as long as the Service is operated. New features that incur server costs (e.g. AI video analysis) may be excluded or usage-limited.

Prices are shown in the store (taxes included). Payments and receipts are handled by Google Play or the App Store.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• Google Play: within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund in Google Play; after that, email us with your order ID (starts with GPA.).
• App Store: refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); we cannot refund App Store purchases ourselves.
• If a billing error or a defect prevented you from using what you paid for, we refund or compensate regardless of timing.
• Consumers in your country may have additional statutory rights, which these terms do not limit.

5. Changes and discontinuation

• We may change features to improve the Service and will announce significant reductions of paid features in advance.
• If we shut down the Service, we will announce it in the app and on speedgun.app 30 days in advance.
• Subscriptions: the unused remainder after the shutdown date is refunded pro rata.
• PRO lifetime is considered used up on the shutdown date. However, if the shutdown happens within 1 year of purchase, we refund the unused part of that year pro rata (e.g. shutdown 3 months after purchase → 9/12 of the price).
• Refund requests are accepted by email from the announcement until 30 days after shutdown.

6. Prohibited use

Do not reverse-engineer the Service, bypass payments or ads, or measure/share videos that infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for clips you create and share.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control (e.g. store or network outages) or arising from free features, except for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.

8. Privacy and governing law

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. On iPhone, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
